TransFirst Appoints Paulette Sasso to Chief Human Resources Officer

In this role, Sasso will use her years of experience and proficiency in HR strategy and execution, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, organizational design and effectiveness, mergers and acquisition integration and culture alignment, rewards and compensation, and employee relations to expand and enhance TransFirst's corporate development.

Prior to joining TransFirst in 2014 as Chief Human Resources Officer, Sasso led the human resources function for Vantiv and played a critical role in the company's transition from a privately-held company to a public company with a market capitalization of approximately $4.5 billion. Sasso also spent over 12 years in senior executive human resources positions at First Data Corporation, including serving as the interim chief human resources officer for the overall corporation, which had approximately 35,000 employees.
Prior to First Data, Sasso led the HR integration efforts for the privately-held Card Establishment Services, which was purchased by First Data and became the foundation for First Data Merchant Services. Her efforts helped the business grow into a major player in the credit card processing and acquiring industry.
