Transwestern Southeast Expands Tenant Advisory Services With Hiring Of Two New Leaders

ATLANTA, Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern's Southeast office is growing its tenant advisory services (TAS) practice with the hiring of two innovative leaders in the field. Clark Dean joins as senior managing director and partner while Bradley Fulkerson joins as managing director. While Fulkerson will assist Dean in leading the Atlanta and Southeast TAS team, Dean's focus will be larger in scope, taking a seat on Transwestern's Board of Directors and the firm's National Tenant Advisory Steering Committee.

The two new hires are part of a growth strategy set in place last year by Transwestern's Southeast office, which is headquartered in Atlanta, to drive an innovative, strategically integrated approach to the tenant advisory, capital markets and development business lines.

Dean, a cum laude graduate of Harvard University with an A.B. in engineering and biological sciences, was most recently a principal in Studley's Corporate Services Group, where he developed innovative scientific expertise in negotiations and transactions. He will expand upon that platform, which he calls "Transaction Science," at Transwestern.

Fulkerson previously served as a principal at Cassidy Turley and was part of the transition of Carter & Associates brokerage and property management groups to Cassidy Turley. He will focus on tenant advisory brokerage, serving as an integral part of improving, enhancing and advancing the entire Transwestern platform in Atlanta and the Southeast. He graduated with a bachelors' degree in building sciences from Auburn University.
