Travel Industry Leader Sabre Expands Teradata Database System for Marketing, Executive Reporting

Among the many Sabre solutions that the Teradata system supports are SabreSonic Customer Sales and Service, focused on maximizing revenues and customer service; Customer Insight, which provides detailed customer profiles at the moment of sales interaction; Essential Analytics and Revenue Analytics, which provide visibility to specific areas of airline reservations business performance including booking and revenue trends and drivers; and the Sabre Executive Dashboard, which aggregates critical airline performance metrics and provides executives with a succinct, high-level view of the key performance areas of the airline.
