CEO Mark Russo is in the process of preparing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2018, as well as signed a 5-year lease with option to purchase a brand new office building at 808 SE Commerce Ave, Battleground, WA, 98604. The new building had been sitting dormant for many years as an incomplete cold shell. The incredible negotiated option gives TIC the right to purchase the building in its entirety with a value of over $1.5 million for only $580,000 in the first year with the option price only going up $20,000 a year for the full term of the lease. Additionally, Mark Russo negotiated that the tenant improvements up to $100,000.00 paid for by TIC be deducted from the lease payment spread out over the 5-year term. This amazing deal will allow TIC and its shareholders the ability to own the building for a fraction of its true price adding to more shareholder value.
