2. Work with a local dealer to submit the basic prequalification requirements by June 30, 2012.
3. Replace current composite decking with Trex Transcend by August 31, 2012.
4. Once installation is complete, work with the local dealer to submit rebate requirements by September 15, 2012.
5. Receive rebate within 30 days of submitting the rebate form.
