Triad Technology Partners to Support AAC Inc. on U.S. General Services Administration GTO Contract

BETHESDA, Md., Oct. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Triad Technology Partners, a leading provider of Cloud Solutions for Enterprise IT, today announced the award of the five year, $237 million GSA GTO (GSA Technology Operations) contract.  Triad will participate as part of the winning team led by AAC Inc., a veteran-owned business and contract holder on GSA's Alliant Small Business GWAC. The contract will provide GSA's estimated 17,000 employees and contractors worldwide with service desk operations support for computer equipment such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices and servers in addition to providing support for GSA's network infrastructure and remote technologies.

Triad will provide the ongoing operations, administration, and maintenance of GSA's ServiceNow platform, the leading cloud provider of IT Service Automation solutions.  In addition, Triad will implement new functionality within ServiceNow as GSA expands its use of ServiceNow over the five year contract period.
