PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CorpGov is pleased to announce that Trian Fund Management Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer Josh Frank will join as our keynote speaker on Nov. 6 at the 5th Annual Palm Beach CorpGov Forum.
Mr. Frank, who has been a director of Janus Henderson Group plc since 2023, has played a leadership role in many of Trian's investments including Unilever, Mondelēz, PepsiCo, Sysco, Cadbury, Heinz and P&G. He has been a Partner since 2011 and a member of the investment team since Trian's inception in 2005. He is also a member of the firm's Investment Committee.
We are also pleased to announce Josh Kosman is joining the CorpGov team and he will be a moderator for the keynote speaker. Mr. Kosman has over 30 years of experience as a business reporter, having previously served at the New York Post. Mr. Kosman broke news on stories like Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter and the concerns arising at the Subway fast-food franchise. In 2009, he wrote the expose "The Buyout of America."
The 5th Palm Beach CorpGov Forum will have an audience of approximately 300 attendees including institutional investors, board directors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, attorneys, investment bankers and key advisors.
