Resort community continues rapid growth, breaking ground on the property's signature Club.
OCALA, Fla., May 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Trilogy® at Ocala Preserve, Ocala's premier active lifestyle resort community by Shea Homes, broke ground on the community's signature Club on May 19, marking the addition of the fifth significant amenity on site available to members. When complete, the Club will encompass 15,000-square-feet of resort-quality features including a state-of-the-art fitness center and movement studio, signature restaurant, member lounge areas including private dining, grand living room, game room and sports facilities including tennis, bocce, swimming and pickleball.
While under construction, current Trilogy members and prospective residents are invited to enjoy the community's existing clubhouse facility, which shares a taste of several of the planned offerings of the main Club. In addition to the golf pro shop and access to the on-site golf pro, the Trilogy Market Place includes dining, led by Chef Jeremiah Goodrich, a fitness center and movement studio.
