Trimble Announces that Musanada Adopts Proliance Software for Building and Infrastructure Projects in Abu Dhabi

SUNNYVALE, Calif., May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) announced today that the Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) will implement Proliance^® capital program and management software from Meridian Systems, part of the Trimble Buildings Group. Musanada is responsible for delivering shared services for Abu Dhabi government entities (ADGEs).  Musanada manages the design, procurement and construction of hundreds of projects for the Abu Dhabi government.

Musanada will implement Proliance software to improve the management of design, construction and infrastructure projects throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The use of Proliance will help stakeholders throughout the Musanada organization gain control of project documentation, scheduling, budget and workflow in order to complete current and future projects more quickly and efficiently.

Meridian recently enhanced Proliance capital program management software with the ability to support multiple languages, including Arabic, and adaptation to a localized Hijri calendar to address the unique regional requirements of large project owners such as Musanada.
