Performance Optimize—which includes Performance Management Analytics coupled with Scheduling and Optimization, a dynamic set of tools to plan, monitor and manage the execution of the workday in real-time to fully utilize the workforce.
The depth of the next-generation Work Management solution raises workforce management to a new level. Without performance management analytics, the field service manager may have quantities of data but doesn't know what it means or how to use it to fully drive improvement.
