Local owner Fred Giahi brings personalized senior living guidance to families across South Fulton and metro Atlanta

His father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease, and Giahi witnessed the challenges his family faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many memory care communities were closed to visitors.

He also helped his family search for the right senior living community for an aunt, an experience he described as emotionally and physically exhausting.
