CLEVELAND, Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TruWest announces the hiring of new Chief Financial Officer Brent R. Leslie. Mr. Leslie joins TruWest from the Port of Cleveland, where he oversaw $3.5 billion in real estate and financing activities for the past 13 years. He will manage all financial and administrative duties for TruWest and portfolio companies including Technology Recovery Group (TRG), River Capital, River SaaS Capital, Sibling Revelry Brewing, and MRK Technologies.

Mr. Leslie began his career at professional services firm PricewaterHouseCoopers LLP in Washington, DC. He holds a BS from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management. In addition, he is a 2013 American Marshall Memorial Fellow, a leadership program offered by the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Mr. Leslie is also a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Ohio.
The Chief Financial Officer position is a new TruWest management position born out of the ever increasing growth of TruWest's businesses. In addition to TRG's 30% growth rate, the new TruWest software-as-a-service funding firm River SaaS Capital and the bourgeoning craft brewery Sibling Revelry have called for an expanded management team.
