New expertise to scale a lab-in-the-loop future

• Andrew Pape, PhD; formerly Vice President Strategy, Oncology R&D at AstraZeneca, Andrew played a central role in shaping one of the most successful oncology portfolios in the market. His strategic leadership was instrumental in defining the future direction of Oncology R&D where he worked closely with Early Oncology, Late Development and the Oncology Business Unit. At Turbine, he will sharpen strategic alignment, inform the product roadmap and guide platform adoption with a deep understanding of partner needs.
• Gregory Vladimer, PhD; brings hands-on experience with patient-derived samples, fit-for-purpose data generation, and lab-integrated translational systems, capabilities that are directly aligned with Turbine's mission. He served as VP of Translational Research at Exscientia and was previously CSO of Allcyte, both of which leveraged primary cancer models and custom-designed data to drive oncology predictions. At Exscientia, he contributed to one of the tech-bio field's most instrumental stories through a blend of translational insight and company-building expertise. Gregory now helps Turbine scale its proprietary data generation capabilities to ground simulations in rich datasets that reflect the biological rules translatable to patients.
