Turkcell Global Bilgi added yet another award to its achievements by taking first place at the ContactCenterWorld.com, one of the most prestigious organizations in the worldwide call center industry. At this important event in Vienna, in which the world's leading call center companies competed, Turkcell Global Bilgi received the "Best Outsourcing Partnership" award for its collaboration with Life :) which is among the three largest GSM companies in Ukraine. Turkcell Global Bilgi won the award by increasing employee satisfaction in Life :) to improve the quality of services provided to the customers therefore achieving the highest customer satisfaction within the industry in the past four years.
