Turkcell Receives Investor Relations Global Ranking ("IRGR") Award for its Online Annual Report

Turkcell (NYSE: TKC, ISE: TCELL), the leading communications and technology company in Turkey, has been honored for having the Most Improved Online Annual Report in Europe by the 2012 Investor Relations Global Rankings ("IRGR").

IRGR's online annual report ranking evaluation is aimed at identifying companies with an ability to present their corporate identity in an energetic and engaging manner. In the initial phase, 117 companies from 23 countries from the North American and the European regions participated in this year's IRGR awards, including a number of the world's leading multinational organizations.   Turkcell was evaluated in the Europe region, along with other leading European corporations such as BASF, Bayer, Shell and Philips.
