UCHC Introduces the Incubation Project - Prosperous Agriculture

SHENZHEN, China, Jan 24, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), an experienced "company doctor" and aggressive "incubator" of mid- to large-size companies in China, is pleased to introduce Shaanxi Prosperous Agriculture Limited Company ("Prosperous Agriculture"), an incubation project of UCHC.

Being the first organization that runs a chain operation in the sales and distribution platform for agricultural resources by unifying the various agricultural resources distribution channels of China, Prosperous Agriculture has positioned itself as the "Home Depot" in the rural areas of China.  Prosperous Agriculture was first known as Zoyo Consulting, which has more than 7 years' accumulated experience with the distributors and manufacturers, and is well recognized in the industry, therefore, it has completed the integration of more than 200 quality distributors, covering 2,000 sales terminals, since the official launch in 2008 and has formulated the operation plan of 2010 with the core distributors to open up 20 300-square meters chain stores.  Prosperous Agriculture sells its own OEM "Xiduofeng" biological fertilizer series, and distributes the compound fertilizers of Shandong Luxi Chemical Co., Ltd., Hubei Ezhong Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and the "Jinyuanfeng" traditional compound fertilizer series; furthermore, it gradually adopts more advanced technology to manage the biggest chain agricultural resources sales and distribution platform of China.  Sales revenue of 2009 and 2010 were RMB26 million and RMB60 million, respectively, it is expected to exceed RMB100 million in 2011.
