COSTA MESA, Calif., Dec. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, U.S.-based Chinese subscribers to Ultra Mobile's prepaid international mobile services will receive additional support for managing their service plans as the company expands its Mandarin language capabilities. Ultra Mobile introduced the in-language service due to the growing popularity of its unlimited talk and text plans to China, where the company completed over 100 million minutes of international calling in 2014.

The Chinese language support enhancement includes:

• The addition of Mandarin as a supported language option: subscribers can indicate if they want to communicate in Mandarin at sign-up or by logging in online.
• SMS communications: Ultra Mobile will begin sending regular system generated messages including activation, renewal, and data exhaust notices in simplified Chinese to its subscriber base.
• On device account management at m.ultra.me in simplified Chinese.
• Point-of-sale materials such as posters and brochures for better understanding of Ultra Mobile's plans and services for retailers and potential customers.

Customers can simply dial 611 and select option 3 to talk with a Mandarin-speaking agent.
