Underground Energy Commences Trading on OTCQX International

SANTA BARBARA, CA, May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Underground Energy Corp. ("Underground", "UGE" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: UGE) announced today that its shares have commenced trading in the United States on the OTCQX International under the symbol "UGGYF". Underground's shares will continue to trade in Canada on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "UGE".
