Uni Core Holdings Corporation Completes the Acquisition of 21% Holding of Prosperous Agriculture

SHENZHEN, China, Jan. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), an experienced "company doctor" and aggressive "incubator" of mid- to large-size companies in China, is pleased to announce that UCHC has obtained the agreement of the Chinese Government to acquire 21% holding of Shaanxi Prosperous Agriculture Limited Company ("Prosperous Agriculture"), and Prosperous Agriculture is awarded the new corporate license.  According to the acquisition agreement, UCHC shall gradually increase its stake holding of Prosperous Agriculture to 51%.

Being the first organization unifying agricultural resources distribution channels of China, Prosperous Agriculture, focuses on the characteristics of the China agricultural market and the current state of the distribution channels in the rural markets, establishes a nation-wide agricultural resources sales and distribution platform for agricultural resources products in the early stage of such establishment; pending for the stable operation of the sales and distribution platform, the business operation will extend to cover other daily consumer goods, and eventually extends to the purchase and deep processing of agricultural products.
