Unifeye Vision Partners Announces CEO Transition: Appoints Mark Garvin as Chief Executive Officer to Succeed Martin Rash
DALLAS, Sept. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Unifeye Vision Partners ("UVP" or the "Company"), an operator of ambulatory surgery centers ("ASCs") with supporting practice management services in the ophthalmology industry, today announced the appointment of Mark Garvin as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Garvin succeeds Martin Rash, who will remain with UVP as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Garvin brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including most recently at Banner Health and previously at United Surgical Partners International ("USPI"). During his nearly 20-year tenure at USPI, he helped lead the business through multiple transformational growth periods through organic and inorganic growth methods to ultimately become one of the largest ASC operators in the country.
