Unique Pizza and Subs Announces Company is Reddy to Excel to the Top

PITTSBURGH, July 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (OTC Markets Groups Inc.: OTC Pink: UPZS-News) a Delaware Corporation, is pleased to announce the company is ready for its big re-launch. Over the next several weeks Unique Pizza will announce a lot of exciting news. The company has received the final draft of the distribution agreement with Larasan Pharmaceuticals (Unique signed a LOI in the second QT 2014 with Larasan). Larasan will work with Unique to distribute its custom gourmet frozen pizza through its distribution network in China, India and the US. Unique Pizza will be adding an extremely influential member to its team in the next few days. This gentleman has 40+ years of experience in the pizza industry and has worked with pizza companies such as Dominos and Papa Johns. This gentleman will not only join the board and become involved with the day to day operations, but will also become a significant master franchisee. Unique also expects to announce very soon that they have begun the process of audited financials and S1 registration with the purposes of uplisting to a senior exchange and fully reporting. Unique Pizza is talking with a California-based company to help implement the much-worked-on EB-5 program and hopes to start the process immediately.
