Unite HERE Health Signs Lease at Atlantic City's Premier Office Building

VINELAND, N.J., June 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Unite HERE Health has signed a lease to locate its administrative offices at 1801 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ, a premier "Green" office building strategically located in the heart of the new Atlantic City Tourism District. The facility, owned by Arctic Realty and developed by Vineland Construction Company, will serve as the regional headquarters of Unite HERE Health.

Theresa Meloni, Regional Director of Unite HERE Health, stated, "UNITE HERE HEALTH is excited about this venture. The facility has established anchor tenants, Sun National Bank and the United States Postal Service.

Terms of the deal are undisclosed.
