Moran as Director of Executive Protection & Threat Analysis. Rory, a former U.S. Secret Service Supervisory Special Agent, brings more than 25 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and protective intelligence to his new role.

Rory will oversee the development and execution of USI's executive protection programs, working closely with corporate leaders, high-profile individuals, and event organizers to ensure safety through proactive risk assessment, protective advance strategies, and intelligence-driven security operations.

Rory spent over two decades with the U.S. Secret Service where he led cyber fraud investigations,  protective intelligence operations, and managed security for Presidential, Vice Presidential, the Pope and foreign dignitary visits. He served as Chair and Coordinator for multiple National Special Security Events, including securing the United Nations Complex, and directed sensitive protective intelligence investigations that successfully mitigated threats against senior U.S. government officials.

Most recently, Rory served as Lead Security and Response Analyst for Mastercard's Corporate Security Intelligence Center, overseeing cyber, fraud, geopolitical, and executive protection intelligence operations. His work included collaborating with global law enforcement agencies and delivering actionable intelligence to executive leadership to safeguard corporate operations worldwide.
