Uptivity Names Susan Terry VP Global Channels & Tech Alliances

In this newly created position, Terry will oversee the structure, strategy and global expansion of Uptivity's channel program.

Prior to joining Uptivity, Terry served as a global sales director at Avaya where she drove direct, channel and OEM sales for the company's latest analytics technologies.

Before joining Avaya, Terry was VP of global products and marketing at CTI Group. There she managed product strategy for call recording, CDR reporting and ebilling platforms. She was also instrumental in bringing the company's hosted contact center suite, speech analytics, screen recording and evaluation toolsets to market.
