Profile America -- Tuesday, July 12th.  It's the height of the summer vacation season and across the country, Americans are taking part in their favorite outdoor activities -- from hiking and rock climbing to swimming and boating or just enjoying the scenery.  From Alaska to Florida, millions of us will have fun in the many national and local parks and recreation areas in every state in the Union.  To highlight this marvelous resource, this is National Recreation and Parks Month.  There are almost 80 million acres of national parks and recreation areas and 14 million acres of state facilities.
