U.S. Department of Energy Selects VARCom/PRM Team to Support Minority Internship Program

HERNDON, Va., June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- VARCom Solutions, a nationally-recognized and award-winning marketing communications and professional services firm, announces the award of a multi-year contract with the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Minority Economic Impact to support their Minority Educational Institution Student Partnership Program (MEISPP).  PRM Consulting Group, a HR consulting firm, teamed with VARCom and brings expertise in organizational development and performance management.

The contract is for three years with two option years.  Under the program, VARCom's services will include outreach and recruitment, applicant vetting and placement, software development, program management and coordination, program orientation and professional development activities, program evaluation, participant tracking, project management support, data analysis and other activities addressing diversity in workforce development and contracting.
