Babson celebrates its 23rd consecutive year as No. 1 in entrepreneurship education
WELLESLEY, Mass., March 16, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- U.S. News & World Report has ranked Babson's MBA program No. 1 in entrepreneurship for the 23rd consecutive year in its 2017 list of Best Graduate Schools.
Babson is tied with Stanford University at No. 1, and followed by Harvard (No. 3), MIT (No. 4), and the University of California, Berkeley (No. 5).
Babson also is ranked No. 60 overall (tied with University of Arizona) and No. 39 for its part-time MBA program. Babson MBAs from the class of 2014 reported an average starting salary and bonus of $85,959.

The recognition comes at an exciting time for the graduate school, as Babson College expands its footprint in downtown Boston with the signing of a lease agreement at 100 High Street. This additional space in the heart of the Financial District complements Babson's space in Wellesley and San Francisco. Part-time MBA students will now be able to complete their entire degree in downtown Boston if they choose.

U.S. News Best Business School Methodology
The U.S. News Best Business Schools rankings surveys all 464 master's programs in business accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. A total of 385 responded, and of those, 126 provided enough of the data needed to calculate the full-time MBA rankings, based on a weighted average of key indicators. The rankings are based on two types of data: expert opinions about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a school's faculty, research, and students. The data come from statistical surveys sent to administrators and from reputation surveys sent to academics and professionals. The surveys were conducted during the fall of 2015 and in early 2016.
