Utah-Based Codale Electric Supply joins Sonepar USA

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately-held Sonepar Group, announced today that Codale Electric Supply, Inc. headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah has signed an agreement to join the Sonepar group.

Founded in 1975 by Dale P. Holt as a single 5,000-sq-ft. location with just five employees, Codale is a market leader with 12 locations in Utah, Nevada and Wyoming.  The company is ranked as the largest independent electrical distributer in those markets.  Codale serves customers in a wide range of markets served from residential, commercial and industrial, to utility transmission, distribution, and substation design and assembly.
