(NASDAQ: FCEL), a global leader in the design, manufacture, operation and service of ultra-clean, efficient and reliable fuel cell power plants, recently announced reported the closing of its previously announced definitive agreement to sell a 1.4 megawatt fuel cell power plant project at the University of Bridgeport to NRG Energy, Inc. Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) announced that it has closed the transaction for the sale of all outstanding stock of its UtilX subsidiary to Novinium, Inc., Auburn, Washington. Willbros will apply net proceeds from the sale to debt reduction, expected to be in the range of $35 to $40 million, after customary closing costs and adjustments.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ: CLNE) recently announced the opening of its newest natural gas fueling station, located at 6155 Cargo Road, Orlando, FL.
