Vaco Louisville Expands, Moves Into New Office Space
In response to growing demand for services and internal growth, Vaco Louisville signs new office lease
LOUISVILLE, Ky., Jan. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Vaco Louisville, fulfilling strong demand for its Financial, Accounting and Technology Talent Solutions, has become an Anchor Tenant in the Woodlawn Center Office Park located on North Hubbards Lane in St. Matthews.
Vaco Louisville has relocated to a new office space thirteen times larger than their previous space. The new space was constructed from the ground up, designed with modern furnishings including casual chic meeting spaces, a swanky lounge café with custom furniture, sit/stand desks, table shuffle board, a personalized putting green and a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam rooms.
The move follows a year of expansion. In 2016, Vaco Louisville launched a Technology practice with the hire of experienced technology recruiters and expanded the Finance & Accounting division with the addition of a former PwC accountant. Two administrative staff members were added as well.
Founded in 2014 by Holly Berry, Vaco Louisville has experienced 300% revenue growth over the last three years, making it a multimillion-dollar business.

Holly Berry launched Vaco Louisville at 31-years-old (the youngest Managing Partner in Vaco's history), after serving as a Vice President for a multibillion-dollar recruiting firm. In this role, she supported Kentucky, Tennessee, Southern Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, developing sales teams and new client relationships in the areas of IT, finance and creative. Holly began her career with EY and IBM and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
