Valeo Networks Expands to Ohio with Acquisition of SpliceNet Consulting

CINCINNATI and ROCKLEDGE, Fla., Aug. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Valeo Networks, a leading A.I. enabled Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), today announced its acquisition of SpliceNet Consulting, a prominent Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

This acquisition marks Valeo Networks' entry into the Ohio market, establishing the company's first presence in the state. SpliceNet Consulting brings comprehensive expertise in managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data recovery solutions. The company has particular strength serving the legal sector, with over 200 law firms as clients built over 25 years of operations.
