Under VALOR's federal healthcare program, RADIN will deploy its radiology platform within a secure government-cloud environment designed to meet the operational and security requirements of federal healthcare programs. Total Medical Imaging (TMI), a nationwide teleradiology practice with a network of more than 60 radiologists, will serve as one of the participating professional radiology providers supporting VALOR's delivery of diagnostic imaging services through the RADIN platform.
"Our strategic partnership with RADIN and TMI represents a groundbreaking opportunity to scale enterprise, multi-specialty diagnostic services across our federal healthcare customers in a high-demand environment with rigorous cybersecurity requirements. This relationship expands Valor Network's capacity to serve military members, veterans, and their families 24.7.365. RADIN and TMI bring deep expertise in secure healthcare technology, high-tempo operations, and physician subspecialty coverage, strengthening Valor's ability to meet mission-critical federal healthcare requirements," said Scott Rutter, CEO of Valor Network.
"This strategic partnership advances our plan of attack to synchronize Valor's capabilities and relationships, including our key laboratory partner KoHealth Labs, into a unified enterprise diagnostics model. We are executing battle drills, technology investments, and operating discipline required to integrate diagnostic services and data at scale to drive speed and capacity, strengthen quality, and deliver greater clinical and operational value to the market," added Rutter.
The initiative combines RADIN's integrated imaging, workflow, reporting, and intelligent automation capabilities with TMI's established clinical operations and nationwide physician network. Other qualified radiology providers, groups and health systems will also be able to participate through the platform, creating a scalable model for distributing examinations based on clinical priority, physician credentials, subspecialty expertise, licensing, availability, and service requirements.
"This represents an important milestone for both RADIN and TMI," said Dr. Alejandro Bugnone, CEO of RADIN Health and Total Medical Imaging. "RADIN was built to connect complex healthcare organizations, radiology practices, and physicians through a single intelligent workflow. Supporting VALOR's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to veterans and service members allows us to apply RADIN's technology and TMI's extensive teleradiology expertise to some of the nation's most important healthcare programs."
The RADIN platform brings together enterprise imaging, radiology workflow management, diagnostic reporting, clinical communications, credential-based case distribution, operational analytics, and AI-assisted automation. Its unified architecture is designed to help VALOR and participating organizations coordinate radiology services across multiple facilities and physician groups while maintaining appropriate security, access controls, and clinical oversight.
TMI contributes more than 16 years of teleradiology experience and a national network of board-certified radiologists providing coverage across multiple states, facilities, and imaging environments. Through RADIN, TMI radiologists and other participating providers will have access to a coordinated reading environment designed to improve case routing, subspecialty matching, turnaround-time management, and continuity of care.
"Federal healthcare requires a combination of security, reliability, clinical expertise, and operational scale," Dr. Bugnone added. "This collaboration brings those elements together through VALOR's long-standing experience supporting federal healthcare programs, RADIN's advanced technology platform, and TMI's nationwide clinical capabilities.
The collaboration demonstrates how VALOR, RADIN, and TMI are working together to support the modernization and scalability of radiology services across federal healthcare environments while maintaining the security, quality, and operational performance required by government healthcare programs. The deployment also represents a significant expansion of RADIN's healthcare technology footprint and further strengthens TMI's role in delivering nationwide teleradiology services.
