Vantage FP&A Launches Vann, an Agentic AI System for Financial Reporting and Quality of Earnings Analysis

Vann builds reporting, forecasts and deal diligence from closed accounting records, with figures that trace back to their source.

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vantage FP&A LLC ("Vantagefpa.com") today launched Vann, the first ever orchestrated agentic AI solution built for finance. Its first-of-its-kind Data Containment architecture gives Vann the full power of an end-to-end agentic system while keeping every client's data sealed inside that client's own engagement. The result is a quality of earnings that turns around faster and costs significantly less. For a buyer, broker or SBA lender, the earnings a deal is priced on can be traced to the source records before the price is set, not after.

Vann builds monthly financial reporting, forecasts and transaction diligence from a company's closed accounting records, for business owners and financial advisers who need to understand, explain and substantiate results before decisions are made.

Vantage's first engagement put Vann to work for a buyer evaluating an acquisition. Vann read 24 months of bank statements and two general ledger exports covering 294 accounts, and every statement tied to the bank's own printed totals with zero variance before the analysis began. "Your agent found the ones that I found... And I hadn't even told you that," the buyer said. In a second engagement, working from bank statements alone with no general ledger, Vann produced a draft analysis whose 13 findings an independent review pass reproduced in full.

For business acquisitions and sales, Vann supports quality-of-earnings (QoE) analysis by organizing reported earnings, proposed adjustments and the evidence behind them. When supplied, bank statements and filed tax returns are compared against the books. Proposed earnings add-backs are shown individually, with the source account and rule behind each one, allowing a reviewer to evaluate or reject an adjustment without rebuilding the analysis.
