By the end of 2025, STUDIO LFT will be available in 11 Colorado clubs, with six existing locations adding the specialized studio. Looking ahead, all new VASA clubs opening in 2026 will include STUDIO LFT as a core amenity, with plans to retrofit additional existing locations in key markets throughout the year. Since its launch in January 2025, STUDIO LFT has quickly gained traction among members. Over the past six months, VASA coaches have led more than 3,000 small-group classes across four pilot clubs, with an average of 12 to 16 participants per class—nearing the class cap of 16. Demand has surged, with over 1,500 of those sessions waitlisted.

Members consistently report gains in strength, muscle mass, and overall confidence, citing the personalized coaching and structured format as key contributors to their progress.
