vCom Solutions Opens Midwest Office

DETROIT, Aug. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- vCom Solutions, the pioneer of Telecom Management as a Service (TMaaS), has announced an expansion into the Midwest with the opening of a new office in the Detroit metro area.

The announcement by vCom Solutions, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, follows the recent opening of new offices in Los Angeles and Portland, Ore.

"For mid-size companies, we are a very unique option," said Gary Storm, CEO and founder of vCom. "As we start to aggressively expand sales outside our northern California base, we are finding that our model is really resonating with customers. For the newly-opened Detroit-area office, Geoff Kotila, a former executive in the risk management and expense reduction business, will serve as Regional Director, business development. He will focus on Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin and consider a broad range of industries, with a particular emphasis on professional services such as accounting, legal and banking, as well as the private equity industry which is looking for new ways to drive revenue and bring efficiencies.
