Ventyx Signs $1 Million Deal with Ireland's Leading Telecoms Provider

ATLANTA, June 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Ventyx, an ABB company, today announced that eircom Group (eircom), the principal provider of fixed line and mobile telecommunications services in Ireland, has licensed Ventyx's enterprise business intelligence (BI) solution FocalPoint in a deal worth more than $1 million.

Supporting a strategic initiative to improve performance management companywide, Ventyx FocalPoint will help eircom more closely monitor and measure its performance against critical business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). The company will also integrate FocalPoint with its current deployment of Ventyx Service Suite for mobile workforce management to help maximize service availability.
