Vepica Acquires Ownership Interests in Edoxx Technical Services

CARACAS, Venezuela, Sept. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- VEPICA Grupo Internacional (Vepica), a multinational engineering firm specializing in the energy industry and ENR Top 100 International Design Firm, announced today its acquisition of ownership interests in Houston-based Edoxx Technical Services, an engineering services company specializing in 3D intelligent modeling, reverse engineering and laser data collection. Vepica made the purchase from Amerigo, a G.A.S. Unlimited, Inc. sister company.
