Former AFOSI Special Agent brings more than 22 years of experience in federal investigations, cyber operations, and digital forensics.

With more than 22 years of experience in federal law enforcement, digital forensics, cyber investigations, and national security operations, Sivert brings extensive technical and investigative expertise to support the firm's growing client base.

Prior to joining Veracity Forensics, Sivert served as a Special Agent with the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), where he conducted and led complex criminal and cyber investigations. He most recently served as Director of AFOSI's Cyber Enterprise Division, overseeing worldwide digital forensic operations, cyber intrusion investigations, forensic laboratories, investigative technologies, and examiner training.

Throughout his career, Sivert has conducted and supervised forensic examinations involving computers, mobile devices, cloud data, vehicle infotainment systems, and other digital evidence sources. His experience also includes investigating sophisticated cyber threats, coordinating with federal and international agencies, and providing strategic guidance on evidence collection, forensic analysis, and investigative methodologies.

Sivert holds a Master of Science in Information Security from Champlain College, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Marshall University. His professional credentials include GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), GIAC Advanced Smartphone Forensics (GASF), and multiple specialized digital forensic certifications.
