Verizon Extends Private IP Service to Equinix Data Centers

NEW YORK, June 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Verizon and Equinix announced on Thursday (June 13) that Verizon's Private IP service will be available in Equinix's International Business Exchange™ (IBX®) data centers located in major markets around the world. As a result, enterprise customers will gain greater access to global communications solutions that are scalable, secure, reliable and high performing. These solutions are necessary because the rapid growth of cloud computing and software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications drive demand for data center services.
