VERTESS represented Integrity Medical, Inc., a Savannah, GA-based provider of complex rehabilitation technology (CRT), in an acquisition by National Seating & Mobility, Inc., a national, Franklin, TN-based leader in the CRT marketplace.

Alpine Investors, Inc., was a buy side client for VERTESS in the purchase of Acumen, Inc., a Mesa, AZ-based provider of fiscal agent services, primarily for publicly-funded elder citizens and people with disabilities. Acumen is being integrated into TEAM RMS, Inc., a San Francisco, CA-based company offering similar services in the private sector.
