AUSTIN, Texas, July 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- VERTS Mediterranean Grill is launching savory new menu items for the Summer season featuring fresh, all-natural ingredients. These limited-time dishes will be available at all restaurant locations starting July 13 and will last throughout the season.
"Our Culinary Director is passionate about the recipes we include on our menu," explained VERTS Co-founder and CEO Michael Heyne. "We recently launched an innovative test kitchen where our Chef creates seasonal menu items and brings inspiring Mediterranean entrées to life."
The latest seasonal menu items include:
Grilled Corn: Hand shucked off the cob and grilled fresh in our restaurants every day.
Greek Salad: Made with fresh-cut cucumbers, tomatoes, sumac onions and red bell peppers and topped with pita crunch, herb mix and herb vinaigrette made from scratch.
Beef Meatball Rice Bowl: Prepared with house-made meatballs, grilled corn, fresh cut tomatoes, pickled red onions and topped with Aleppo pepper, lemon and spicy cilantro sauce prepared from scratch.
