Veta Health Announces Multiple Innovation Partnerships Across Digital Health Industry

Veta Health has been selected to participate in the week-long Healthbox Studio program in Chicago, IL, as part of the 2018 Studio Cohort. Healthbox, a healthcare innovation services firm, which became a member of the HIMSS family earlier this year, hosts this five-day annual event that will enable Veta Health to collaborate and build relationships with participating companies, the Healthbox team and their network of healthcare leaders from across the industry.

In early September, at the TechCrunch Disrupt conference in San Francisco, Veta Health competed as one of five finalists in a Novartis-sponsored "virtual hackathon" and pitch competition. Veta Health went on to win the first Novartis HealthX World Series Challenge – an open innovation initiative focused on finding digital solutions to real healthcare challenges; and in this case, finding innovative ways to empower heart failure patients. As a recipient of the grand prize, Veta Health now has the opportunity to collaborate with Novartis to further develop, test and refine a digital solution to help heart failure patients, leveraging Novartis data and mentorship.

Startup Creasphere
September also marked the kick-off of Veta Health's collaboration together with Startup Creasphere powered by Plug and Play, the leading health tech accelerator in Munich. Plug and Play Health, in conjunction with Roche, a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics, will develop their innovation platform known as Startup Creasphere to "Transform Healthcare Together".

Veta Health's engagement with Startup Creasphere, will enable the company to collaborate with stakeholders across the healthcare industry to develop and deploy best-in-class clinical care pathways across diverse patient populations to improve health outcomes.
