Advanced Discovery's rapidly growing managed document review service adds new eDiscovery veteran to provide review management and consultation in Chicago  

Advanced Discovery announced today the hiring of expert eDiscovery practitioner Drake Lightle as Chicago Review Manager. Drake is a veteran attorney with more than a decade and a half of experience, who has spent the past 9 years specializing in large-scale eDiscovery projects.

Drake has designed workflows for, and managed the execution of, complex litigation document reviews involving hundreds of review attorneys working across multiple locations, both domestically and internationally. He has also opened and managed review sites, including: recruiting all personnel; overseeing all review teams and projects; and, managing all processes, including quality control and privilege log development.

In his new role as Chicago Review Manager for Advanced Discovery, Drake's responsibilities will include:

• Managing large-scale, complex document review projects from start to finish
• Ensuring document review projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of document review work performed
• Handling project logistics, including technology and facility needs
• Recruiting, evaluating, and training qualified review attorneys
• Liaising with law firm and corporate clients, vendors, et al.

Before transitioning fully into eDiscovery, Drake practiced for 8 years with a high-end, complex domestic relations litigation practice, and he has extensive litigation, mediation, and arbitration experience.  His practice work in the Oregon State Circuit and Appellate Courts included motion practice, discovery, hearings, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals.
