VGTel, Inc. Enters into Management Agreement with Dallas, TX Based Entertainment and Production Company, Into The Night Management Group, Inc.

RICHARDSON, Texas, Aug. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- VGTel, Inc. (OTCPK:VGTL, or the "Company") is pleased to announce that is has entered into a management agreement with Dallas, TX based entertainment and production company, Into The Night Management Group, Inc. ("INMG"). Led by industry veteran, Avi Adri, INMG will assist the Company in identifying and managing potential investments that Company is seeking to make in various entertainment concepts, ventures and opportunities.
