In this role, Audra will lead the company's Foodservice growth strategy across North America, overseeing new account acquisition, strategic customer development, and regional sales leadership. Audra will focus on helping Foodservice operators reduce total knife program costs, improve cash flow, enhance employee safety and satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency through solutions tailored to the needs to commercial kitchens and food preparation environments. Audra will report to Ulrich Wohn, President of Victorinox North America, and will lead growth initiatives for the Food Service segment. Greg Stak will continue overseeing Victorinox's Food Processing and Butcher divisions, ensuring continuity and strategic focus within that segment.

In her new role, Audra will focus on expanding Victorinox's presence among national restaurant chains, healthcare facilities, hospitality groups, educational institutions, and other large-scale food preparation operations. She will lead a team of Business Development Regional Sales Managers while overseeing strategic account development, sales planning, financial negotiations, distributor engagement, and market share growth initiatives across the Foodservice channel. She will work closely with customers and channel partners to expand access to Victorinox's holistic knife rental and sharpening service, helping operators simplify knife management, maintain consistently sharp tools, improve workforce safety, reduce replacement needs and support more predictable operating costs.
