Vietnam Veterans Memorial Ceremony Features Municipal Court Judge Dugan

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Philadelphia Municipal Court Judge Patrick Dugan will speak at the annual Veterans Day ceremony at the Philadelphia Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Front and Spruce streets, at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 11.

Dugan has served on the bench since 2007 and sits as a jurist on the Philadelphia Veterans Court.  A captain in the U.S. Army Reserves, he has seen service in Iraq in 2004 as a Civil Affairs sergeant and in Afghanistan in 2008 as a first lieutenant in the JAG Group.  His original enlistment was as an infantry paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne.

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter will also be attending.
