BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Nov. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Vincari announces the hire of John A. Burke as Vice President of Client Relations to prepare for the successful implementation of multiple health systems.

John A. Burke has over 20 years experience developing and executing strategic, enterprise IT plans, and initiatives for Fortune 500 companies in the Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Financial, Telecom, Pharmaceutical, and Defense industry sectors. Most recently John served as an Executive Program Manager in IBM's Retail and Distribution Industry Sector. He has served as Program Manager over three Oracle enterprise software projects at the U.S. Department of State, served as the Senior IT Advisor to the CIO of the Iraq Ministry of Interior, and led the creation and operation of two multi-million dollar corporate ERP Centers of Excellence (including one for NASA). Mr. Burke is a former U.S. Marine Corps Officer and Jet Fighter, Aircraft Carrier Pilot.
John has a B.S. in Physical Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Alabama. His educational background also includes 2.5 years at the U.S. Naval Aviation Flight School, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.
