The CareStation is equipped with high-definition cameras, real-time diagnostic tools, and advanced health technology.
Users can connect virtually with a licensed clinical provider for a one-on-one consultation, and in just minutes, be evaluated, diagnosed, and even prescribed treatment.

How It Works
The OnMed CareStation connects patients with licensed providers using high-definition video. A certified nursing assistant or medical assistant initiates the intake process, verifies identification and insurance, gathers vital signs such as temperature, weight, blood oxygen, and blood pressure, and then connects the patient to a clinician for a secure, one-on-one virtual visit.
Using thermal imaging cameras and medical-grade tools, OnMed providers can diagnose and treat up to 85% of conditions typically seen in primary care — including:

• Respiratory Illnesses
• Infections
• Headaches
• Allergies
• Heartburn

If needed, patients receive e-prescriptions and referrals for follow-up care or screenings. Visits are securely documented in MyChart for easy coordination with other care providers.

The CareStation's advanced features include:

• Privacy-enhancing fogging and locking doors
• No-appointment access, seven days a week
• Extended hours to match consumer schedules
