Virtual Power Systems Names Power Industry Leader and CUI Global CEO William J. Clough to its Board of Directors

MILPITAS, Calif., April 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Virtual Power Systems (VPS), creator of Software Defined Power® (SDP), today announced that William J. Clough, chairman, president and CEO of CUI Global (Nasdaq: CUI), has joined the VPS Board of Directors. In this position, Clough will help guide VPS on its fast-growth trajectory of setting new standards in power infrastructure efficiency and economics.
