The hotel occupies an original 1930's Art Deco building located in the heart of the city's fashionable Historic District. Featuring direct beach access, a private swimming pool, and a rooftop COMO Shambhala Urban Escape spa with a COMO Shambhala juice bar, the Metropolitan is a haven of relaxation among the buzzing Miami scene. The spa has four treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool and an outdoor yoga terrace with views of the city and Atlantic Ocean.

It will also be home to the Traymore Restaurant, with dishes featuring local seafood and a range of classic American and Mediterranean dishes, as well as the Traymore Bar, home to Miami Beach's first Gin Club serving a wide variety of artisanal cocktails. Poolside cabanas are also available exclusively for hotel guests to dine among the palm trees at the pool's edge.
